After a very extended hiatus, I'm officially back in the kitchen. While cooking with people is the best (or at the minimum FOR people,) I still love tinkering with both sustainable meals and grander kitchen 'experiments'...particularly trying to duplicate things that are easy and relatively cheap to buy on my own. Want to try to be as good as a crappy factory that makes food? Yes, please. Today, black-eyed pea chili with quinoa and corn and forget-about-buying-the-concentrate-in-the-store-because-you-can-make-it-for-more-expensive chai were the tasty selects.
